Hatte es vergangene Woche eines Morgens. Und strahlend blauen Himmel. Ein Schlaraffenland an Zauberdingen.
Schnee und Eis sind mittlerweile schon weg. Aber die Bilder sind noch da. Im Kopf und auf der Speicherkarte.
Ich hätte stundenlang mit offenem Mund und Fotoapparat in der Hand rumlaufen können. Aber dem Kind auf dem anderen Arm war’s wirklich ZU kalt. Und weil ich nicht wollte, dass die Tränen blitzgefrieren, sind wir dann heim in die warme Stube.
Mittag war’s schon ein bisschen wärmer und wir sind nochmal raus. Ein Traum.
Last week the thermometer showed 14 degrees F one morning. And not a cloud in the sky. I had to go outside immediately to enjoy the winterwonderland and to take pictures. Only our little one did not think it was THAT wonderful. He was way to cold, so we went back home but returned later on that fabulous winter day.
By now there is almost nothing left of snow and ice. But the memories remain. And the pictures on the memory card, fortunately.
