A while ago, I ordered a few different colourways of worsted weight Finkhof-Yarn just to see what they are like and after having finished my Traditional Jacket I was left with a couple of dark skeins.
Since I wasn't ready to knit another Jacket (yet…) and did not want to send it back, I was thinking of a quick project to make.
So I tried CROCHETING what was supposed to be a slouchy hat for NATURPAPA. It was weird to start with, since the yarn is quite sturdy, but it turned out really well.
What followed was a series of hats.
The first one was a bit to small, so I added a neon brim for our daughter.
Next.
The second one fit perfectly on the man's hat and did not even get to be slouchy. So I really ended up with a perfect Beanie for my taste. And his!
Next.
One for our Winter Baby!
Long story short, I am now at number five and ready to order more yarn…
I am so happy with the pattern and I was able to write it down and will happily edit and publish it for you next week. For free. So stay tuned.

Sehr schöne Mützen!
Das wäre auch was für uns.
Was für ein Farbton ist das denn? Er erscheint mir dunkelgrau. Bei Finkhof haben sie aber nur grau oder dunkelbraun im Angebot.
Liebe Grüße
Alex

Nice hats.
I like the colour and the matching rims.
Really nice!
Tolle Mützen hast du da gehäkelt, sie gefallen mir sehr und der bunte Abschluss ist der Hingucker schlechthin.
