Twohundredandthirteen bells so far…

NATURKINDER: Nightingale Vest ... Gauge

So, I've started another Isager Project during our cosy, stay-at-home Christmas Holidays, which were mostly spent on our sofa, as far as I remember.

Good for me, because this vest is so much work, knitting with a double strand of very fine Lace Yarn.

Helga's bell pattern is wonderful, but needs some experience and improvisation, as most of the comments on Ravelry suggest.

Currently being inspired by a few books and ideas for this new year. Also here and there I am browsing through a few pages of "Neuland" by Ildikó von Kürthy which turns out to be just the fit reading at the turn of the year, since it's all about resolutions and finding oneself, very funny, as usual.

NATURKINDER: Knitting

I am enjoying both knitting and reading a lot, but hope to finish both soon, since there are so many other projects and books inspiring me and more beautiful yarn waiting to be worked with…

This is an impressive looking project and I love all the neutral colours in your photos. Can’t beat the Christmas holidays for cosying up with a knitting project 🙂

That pattern is so pretty, looks like it would require some serious concentration though! 🙂
